Generally, products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Prior to returning, please call 800-728-1238 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All items must be returned to 95 Golden Hill Rd., Danbury, CT 06811 in original condition regardless of original shipping location.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are also responsible for “actual” original shipping costs (including pre-paid taxes, duties and brokerage for International). If an item is deemed defective upon arrival, contact the manufacturer for warranty services. Pressing Cloths and Bags that have been used are not refundable. Ionizers Filters that have been used are not refundable. Sprouts and opened supplements are not refundable.
Orders are generally shipped using the most economical method. Lighter weight items are shipped by US Mail and heavier items are shipped UPS / FEDEX ground services. At an additional cost, items can be shipped by expedited service.
Shipping for orders that exceed $100.00 is generally free of charge. There are some exceptions for specific items.
We have a standard shipping charge between &7.95 and $12.95 for orders less than $100.00. There are some exceptions for specific items.
We suggest shipping internationally via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx International. While USPS First Class International is a less expensive option, there is little recourse once the package leaves our facility.
USPS First Class International Packages cannot be tracked or insured. Customer is responsible for lost, undelivered or damaged packages.
