Water Ionizers increase pH Level and decrease ORP factors of water through the process of electrolysis.  The Ionizer separates water into two streams, one alkaline water and the other acid.  Alkaline water is antioxidant rich  for consumption, and acidic water works like an antibacterial cleanser for external use.

Since all Water Ionizing machines perform the function of separating water into alkaline and acid streams, buyers  must evaluate the desired features.  For example, the Jupiter Melody, Delphi and Athena machines have optionally available "under sink" kits.  With this kit, the Ionizer can be stored under the counter and a faucet in the corner of the sink dispenses the water.
