Simple and effective!Feb 25, 2010 I have recently started trying to incorporate more raw foods in to my diet and making zucchini pasta seemed like a great way to eat more veggies. This spiral slicer is easy to use, easy to clean and does a great job. I'm excited to start playing with it for other foods. It does take up more space than some that I've seen but it is sturdy and effective and that was worth way more to me!
SpiralizerFeb 08, 2010 Exactly what I expected! Cool kitchen gadget for raw fooders or anybody who may be interested in gourmet cookery.

Great Little MachineFeb 05, 2010 I love this machine. It makes great sweet potatoe chips that I throw in the dehydrator. It makes awesome noodles out of zucchini, so quick & yummy. The center piece that everyone is talking about that doesn't spiral.... big deal, just slice it up & throw it in with the rest. Small deal in my book. Machine cleans easily, goes together quickly. I just love it.

Wonderful!Feb 01, 2010 I have not used other spiral slicers, but this one is fantastic! It's well worth the money and my 3-year old loves to help me slice fruits & veggies. Our came with instructions, however even if it doesn't it's easy - you put what you're slicing horizonatlly, secure with spikes (seen in picture) and start turning.
I love that the extra blades store in the machine and clean up is fairly simple. I can't wait to find more uses for this!
