By Joy Beverley Davis I did not get more than 6 uses out of my juicer before it became difficult to lower the lever which should allow me to squeeze the fruit. The black handle part flew off and, when the juicer fell on the floor, it cracked. Contacting the manufacturing company, Orangex, is difficult and, ultimately, I have been dealing with a company called Focus Products Group. They will not refund my money or the $18 I spent to ship the juicer to them. They offered to replace my juicer but they don't make it in orange anymore, which was one of the main reasons I purchased the juicer. And, most recently, I am told they won't be able to replace my juicer until the end of July. This juicer was made in China and, in the 7 months I had it, it performed poorly. It's definitely overpriced; the $30 one I had previously at least gets the job done. Thumbs down for the whole experience.

By CPMich Yes, it's nice and heavy--but it still doesn't squeeze all the juice out of a navel orange without quite a lot of downward pressure; for the price, it certainly should. I like the simplicity, and that it's not electrical. Warning is given about catching a finger in it, and that is important--KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN!
