I use this every morning. I do jumping jacks and it's definitely a back saver. The set up was easy, I did it myself. It's very sturdy, definitely better than the cheap models you can buy in Walmart. I think the price was worth it. I have the stabilizer bar but have never used it. I think this is a great cardio piece of equipment.

This is the best fun and greatest workout ever. The Needak is easy on my knees and allows me to get a full cardio workout that would be otherwise impossible. The stabilizer bar makes it safe. It is necessary to begin slowly. The first workout, I could barely do 2 minutes, but now have built up to 20 min or more. This is the best purchase I could have ever made. I put the ABBA cd on and bounce, dance and jog my way to better health. It arrived in only a few days and I am definitely pleased.

I bought this rebounder a couple years ago, stabilizer bar included. I was glad I went for the bar set-up, though I discovered fairly quickly that I really didn't need it like I thought I would. But it was nice to have the bar for a while, just to build confidence. Then you can set it aside, with no negative effect on the rebounder.
I've bounced on quite a few different mini-tramps over the years, and this Needak is without a doubt the best of all of them. If it were to ever wear out, I'd not hesitate to buy another, though that day is not even close, even after many many hours of all my 200 lbs jumping, jogging, and jumping-jacking on it. Sometimes I might put it away in the guest bedroom and forget about it for a couple of months, but it always eventually comes back out, to be used again. I'm bouncing these days every morning for about 30-40 minutes. I don't feel guilty when I don't use it. I feel great joy and elation when I do. Sure beats joining a health club, then not going.
