Model ME_MKS 215P This is a Czech grinder specifically designed for poppy seeds. The body and grinding worm are made of stainless steel. The body is finished in an attractive light blue powder coat. To commence grinding place the body on a flat surface and firmly push the lever at the base of the unit. This engages a rubber diaphragm on the bottom that creates a vacuum to hold the unit in place. A moveable wire support is provided for conveniently positioning a bowl or container to capture grounds. An adjustment nut allows you to regulate the fineness of the poppy seed grounds. Cleaning is simple. The body and grinding stone can be washed in water. It is recommended that these parts are hand washed and dried.
