What I thought I ordered and what I received are two very different products! The picture looks just like the part I am replacing but when I opened the box, the filter I recieved wasn't even close and does not fit in my Ionways water machine. Now I have to figure out how to send it back! I am going back to my distributor for order support from now on!

Bought for my Jupiter Melody, works perfect. I was nervous at first because it looked like a different shape, but it's because you have to take off a piece at the top to make it compatible (I don't remember having to do that before?).
