The product seems to be very accurate. There is no constant recalibration since it it calibrated at the factory. It is small, light and easy to use and store. The digital readout while small is adequate even for these old eyes. It also carried a very low price for such an important instrument. Don't spend $200 on the blue three in one unit that gives PH,PPM and temp in one unit. It is terrible and you cannot keep it calibrated.

This product works great as advertised i can now see how dirty/clean my tap water from the city is. Works perfectly, and was sold at a great price but because it is not completely water proof i will have to give this a 4/5.

Changed the batteries. Still does not work. There must be no quality control whatsoever. Couldn't they have at least tried to turn it on to see that it powers up before they ship these things out? It is not worth my time to return this item. Will they send me one that powers on? I will ask, and get back to you all later.

My house is on a shared well, and the pump went out last year. The well is 750 feet deep and is pumping water, or sucking water through wet sand, this is not good, and makes the water hard. I wanted a simple way to test the the filtering system I bought to see if it's working. This little unit did the job and I am glad I am well withing normal bounds! No problems using it. A+
