I have throat cancer and started taking this to support my immune system but got a completely unexpected result. I have two large cats (Maine Coons) and am so allergic to them that I have to change clothes and take a bath after petting or holding them. Three days after I started taking Transfer Point Beta 1 3D Glucan I was no longer allergic to them. It's been six weeks and my cats and I are loving it.

This product may be expensive, but it is extremely beneficial in fighting off unwanted invaders in your bloodstream. Beta glucan will expose the invaders. This will allow your immune system to identify the problem and destroy it. Without this product, your white blood cells cannot fight what it cannot see. Beta glucan gives you a fighting chance. I found this product when I was doing cancer research after I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in 2008. So far, so good. I am doing other things too, however, this product is an integral part of my artillary.

Product is excelant for immunity. I feel much freshier! It make me stronger and I feel that my memory is coming much richer.

I have been taking transfer point 500 mg beta glucan for 2 1/2 years. I started taking it after going thru chemo for stage 3 breast cancer. I didn't know about it while taking the chemo, or i would have taken it sooner. I stayed healthy when my whole family went through the flu, even though I was the one who had just went thru chemo, and should have had a low immune system. I credited it to taking the beta glucan. Wish I could afford it for the whole family. I tried a different brand thinking it would be as good. It was also pricey but not quite as expensive as transfer point. I was only taking the other brand for a month and came down with a bad cold, so needless to say I went back to this brand and have had no problems since. I will take it for life to ward off my cancer from returning, and keep my immune system strong.

As far as I can tell, this product contains what was advertised - yeast-based fiber in capsules. There are two problems with it. The first problem has to do with the encapsulation of the powder. There is a lawyer of powder on the outside of the capsules. It is unclear whether it leaked out of the capsules or is just residue from the manufacturing process. In any case, it gives an impression of sloppiness and makes one wonder about quality control. The second problems, which does not apply to all consumers, is that this product is highly allergenic and a lot of people will be allergic to it. This is not a problem per se - if you are allergic to it, then don't use it - but the problem is that there is no way to know that before spending a large amount of money on an expensive product. I suppose one could request allergy testing by a physician, but I am somewhat doubtful that they would have this particular substance to use in a test. So if you are trying to find out whether you are allergic to this stuff, you would probably have to buy it, and it is pricey.
